Amatyakarka (AMK) is the planet holding the second highest degree in your natal chart excluding the nodes. This planet will help your Ak reach goals in your career/job. Look at how AK and AMK connect in your natal chart, Navamsa D9 and Dashamsa D10. Always consider the sign that are both in as well as the house and planets that are aspecting them. It is always great if the AK and AMk are together or aspecting each other and in angular (1,4,7 and 10th) or trine houses (1,5 and 9). If they are in 6, 8 or 12th houses, then career path could be difficult or you might be in health, care or a service jobs. 8th is normally indicates sudden changes or something secret like security, surveillance, private detective and 12th can be export/import, labs, hospitals etc. 3rd house could be working with siblings and 11th house with friends or large organisation. 2nd house can be banking or family business.
Always look at the main Karakas of planets, sign indication etc. Mercury Ak and Jupiter AMK could be writing and publishing, which is the significance of these planets. Also teachers and publishers.
