Learning is enhanced while in the in between state of yoga nidra, where the body and mind are completely relaxed but YOU are awake and alert. Relaxation with awareness facilitates concentration, which enhances your ability to learn.


Even if you fall asleep you are still learning the subject matter, although unconsciously. In order to bridge the gap between unconscious and conscious simply read the learning material again in the morning.
