Psychic meditation on earth energy which is neutral for the sake of clearing energy and allowing your spirit to become more present within your aura and psychic space. This will allow you to become clairvoyant with regular practice. Grounding is briefly taught, however I will have to make a separate video for grounding exclusively. However this video will leave you grounded and hopefully feeling amazing!
