In this video, I discuss what the navagrahas are and what they represent. Nava means nine and graha means planet, translated to "grasp", which is to influence us. Thus, we have the 9 planets of Astrology.
Each of these planets have specific meanings and significations for us as they emit certain energies as heavenly bodies, and a corresponding element that is seen in nature.
