Mental Mind vs. Spiritual Insight - Psychic Development 101
One of the most important skills for psychic development is learning how to go behind your mind and into the center of your head where you can see clearly and allow information to come to you. Clairvoyance means clear seeing so when you can find that space of neutrality, you can see clearly.
Unfortunately, finding your neutral place to turn within to your spiritual self is not really taught in our culture. Through schooling and socialization we are taught to wait for instruction and not to trust and listen to our inner knowing. And recently people are using words (mental mind) to create emotions in people. Emotions are our bodies guidance system, meaning it's how our bodies communicate with us in the moment. When our emotions show up, they are alerting us to make a change or tune IN. When people use words to create emotions, they are really phantom emotions based in ideas vs. coming organically through our bodies in any given moment.

So when you are working on developing your clairvoyant and psychic skills, the reader needs step back from the mental mind and allow themselves to let go of any bias or judgement. Bias and judgment is of the mind and when we add flooded "phantom" emotion, there is no way you can see clearly through the fog of illusion. This is what is happening to people all over the world as we negotiate these coming changes. Spend some time releasing your mental judgments and allow phantom emotions to leave. Find your neutral space in the center of your head and breath out the distractions of your day. When you are in a place of peace and non-judgment, you will be ready to receive information with clarity. It does take practice just like any discipline but as you work, you will be able to reclaim your psychic abilities.
