Yoga for Shri and Brilliance! Shri is very important in Yoga and means many things. The root meaning of the word, if split in 2, is made up of the prefix "Sh" meaning to clear the path and destroy what isn't necessary. The "Hri" then denotes healing, building, splendour, brilliance, grace and even majesty. In this sequence we bring shri to the everyday through our pose practice. Clearing out for elegance, sparkle and expanse to come into common poses including, Anjanyasana, Ustrasana, Virabhadrasana 1 and 3, Parsvakonasana and more. Enjoy!
