The past few years and decades in our lives may have felt very heavy as we ended some things that were hard for us or that we didn't like and tried to step into better and different times.

But now we have finally begun to rid ourselves of these old, hard things and move on. As a result of us stepping into a better place, it is now time for us to let go of the old habits, mindsets, and routines from when our lives were in a bad place.

That makes sense, right? There is no need to live a new and different life, from an old and unhelpful place!

This full moon in Virgo helps us to rid ourselves of all the toxins internally and externally that have built up over the course of the past few years and are now preventing us from progressing and succeeding.

Doing that will then help us to feel much lighter and way more excited about our lives. It will also help us to feel much more effective and efficient with what we do work towards in the future.

Not only will this help us to feel lighter, more excited, and more effective, but it will ALSO help us to break free from some hard relationship and money situations and put those in a better, more solid place as well.

Seems like the holy grail, if you ask me!

But there is one catch (of course!). Coming into these different, better, lighter, and more exciting times may require us to emotionally come to terms with a lot of things from the past, mourn their loss, get in touch with our soul, and come up with an entirely different way of living.

For some of us, this could be very hard. While for others, it may be much easier. But I like to think it is helping us to purge out many bad things in our lives so that what is new can more fully come into being — and so that we can appreciate every moment in life, and start to live it from a place of more wholeness, feeling, and appreciation.
