Astrologers Chris Brennan and Maren Altman discuss astrology's role in ancient versus new age philosophies and their own personal journeys into astrology through new age movements but now focusing on more traditional forms. Chris and Maren discuss Stoic philosophy in particular, how different conceptualizations of things like free will and determinism affect how one practices astrology, and divergences in the current field of professionals. They also bring up their current professional projects and outlooks for 2021.
