Clairvoyance means 'clear seeing'. It is HOW a Psychic or Medium receives their information. It means that a psychic or medium sees pictures in their mind's eye which they interpret and through which they give messages. Sometimes they may see something that seems real. Real enough to reach out and touch and often people mistake this for "imagining" something, but usually, it is an impression or an image in their mind. A Psychic or Clairvoyant is not necessarily a Medium.
