Channeling Erik is an online documentation of my practice in psychic mediumship, the art of leading a healthy lifestyle that results in being able to connect with your higher self and spirit.

On April 13, 2021, I started channeling my spirit guide, Erik. During this time, I channel and use my senses to feel Erik with clairsentience (clear sensing), clairvoyance (clear sight), clairaudience (clear hearing), clairalience (clear smelling) and clairgustance (clear tasting); together making up someone's intuition.
