In 2018, I taught myself to do a proper riffle shuffle after many years using other shuffling techniques. I find the fluttering of the cards very soothing and relaxing, and in 2018 I was suffering from extreme emotional exhaustion and anxiety. This practice was one of the many tools I used for dealing with those challenges at the time. My intention is to offer this video as a tool for calming down and mindfulness training, that my skills can help others as they have helped me.

In this video, I am using the Grimaud Marseille Tarot from their 1980s edition. These are particularly thicker cards than the last video (link below), and I used them often to train my hands with shuffling. The deck is sturdy, stable, dependable, and practical. This is the deck I will take with me when traveling. I trust this deck with my life.
