She explores Matthew 21:1-11, which would have been used this Sunday for Church, as it is Palm Sunday.

S - Scripture - read the chosen passage, slowly, or write it out
O - Observation - what stands out? What made you pause?
A - Application - what can I learn from what I’ve read? What might I need to change or do? What could God be teaching me about this?
P - Prayer - pray Gods word back to him. If he’s asked you to do something, pray about it. Confess, sing, thank Him for what you’ve read and learnt through this passage.
