Navamsa is the very important chart,but sometimes in many cases birth chart is enough to give a prediction. If you find a particular house is good in your lagna chart or d1 chart, then that house will also be more or less good in d9 chart as well. So in this type of cases there is no need to see the navamsa chart. Yes but for deep reasearch purpose you can consider navamsa chart and all other divisional charts as well.
